Meet the Fit Fem Trainers
Sylvia Nasser, The Original Fit Fem
My name is Sylvia Nasser, founder of The Fit Fem.
For many years, I have helped women overcome adversity, break through barriers and discover their true physical and emotional beauty. As a young, professional woman, I’m always on the lookout for fitness programs that would enhance my own feminine physique and boost my self-confidence. It would be a lie to say that we are not all searching for the same thing. The reason I am reaching out to you is to inspire you to take action; you are not alone. In fact, you are ENTITLED to look and feel good about your image and your body.
I am a certified personal trainer and fitness instructor through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) and a certified Holistic Health Coach, accredited through Purchase College, at the State University of New York, as well as The American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP).
I also have a Bachelor of Science in Business Management/Political Science and a Master of Science in Technological Systems Management from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.

What's up guys! My name is Jill and I am so honored and excited to be a part of the Fit Fem Team!
I am a 200 Hour Certified Yoga teacher who specializes in Vinyasa and Hot yoga. I began practicing in 2010 when I felt running on the treadmill just wasn't fulfilling anymore. I had always been intrigued by yoga - the variety/challenge of postures, the different styles, and the never-ending list of benefits it provided for the body and mind. I think mid-way through my very first class, I knew I'd found what I'd been searching for.
As a part of this team, my intention is not just to help you trim down or break a sweat - it's to help you build strength, push through the every day interferences we all face, and ultimately find a sense of well-being and balance from within. By unlocking the mental, we grant ourselves the ability to unlock the physical! My intention is to guide you through the journey of yoga - a journey of the self, through the self, to the self. Sarah, Fit Fem Trainer
Hey ladies! My name is Sarah Klima and I am an AAPTE Certified Personal Trainer. I received a Bachelors degree in Psychology from S.U.N.Y Old Westbury and shortly after realized that fitness, nutrition and wellness were my true passions. Fitness transformed my life in all areas and helped me see my true potential and made me realize that I was capable of a lot more than I believed. It not only made me feel better physically, but it gave me confidence and self-esteem that I never had.
I am passionate about helping other women gain these things as well! I’m a huge believer in realistic goal setting and believe that anything can be achieved through some commitment, dedication and consistency. I love lifting weights, kickboxing and different types of MMA training. I view fitness as a lifestyle change and am excited to help other women feel like their best selves, because we all deserve that! Fitness is a journey and I am excited to be a part of yours.

Hi Ladies! My name is Kim! I am a certified Personal Trainer through the ISSA and am an avid gym goer!
I am very positive, out going and energetic. I am a stay at home mom to three small children, so I am also very aware of the struggle to look and feel my best … and I am always on the move! Working out and eating right gives me that confidence that I will be able to keep up with them all day!
Every woman deserves to feel confidant about their bodies and be able take the world by storm! I look forward to this transformation to better health and happiness with you!
Tricia, Fit Fem Nutritionist
A little about me…I am a NYS Licensed Certified Dietician Nutritionist and a Certified Nutrition Specialist. I received my Bachelors degree in Nutrition from Queens College and my Masters degree in Clinical Nutrition from NYIT. I have worked in a private practice office for the last nine years counseling patients for a variety of health issues and chronic diseases with a specialty in Clinical weight loss and weight management. In addition, I do extensive community Nutrition education including; conducting lectures and interactive workshops at senior citizen centers and children’s after school programs, working with ages 2-92 in becoming the healthiest body they can be through the food they eat. I am NYCDOH certified in food safety inspection as well as Certified in Adult weight management by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
My goal as a nutritionist is to help people have the healthiest body they can have with the resources available to them. Being healthy and eating good food should not feel like a chore. We can love food and love our bodies

Hi! My name is Lori Perdichizzi and I'm a Certified Personal Trainer from Queens, NY. A former multi-sport athlete, I played volleyball, softball, and ran cross-country competitively, before realizing my love for fitness and health. After receiving my Bachelor's in Sports Management from St. John's University, I gained certifications as an ISSA Fitness Trainer and Zumba Basic Instructor, and have since been working to become the best trainer that I can be!
I believe every women deserves to feel and look her best and that, I am passionate about helping you reach your unique health and fitness goals!
Toupelle, Fit Fem Trainer
Hello ladies! My name is Toupelle Goodman. I am a graduate of Syracuse University with a degree in Biology/Pre-medical studies. I am also a National Academy of Sports Medicine certified Personal Trainer with a background in the world of physical therapy. I enjoy high intensity workouts such as boxing, kickbox aerobics, and Zumba. In my opinion, exercise is one of the key factors to feeling healthy and happy. I believe that by building a strong foundation and using correct form, there's nothing that can stop you from becoming a fitter you. You are your own competition!

Hi, my name is Bonnie Rosen. I have been involved with fitness for over 20 years and truly believe that fitness is the fountain of youth!! I have been successful in helping over 50+ clients of varying ages and fitness levels achieve their weight loss/goals while acknowledging and accommodating for any medical and/or orthopedic restrictions. My focus is achievable and sustainable goals in a positive mentoring environment. I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and Applied Academy of Personal Training Education at Hofstra University (AAPTE); additional certifications in TRX, Kettlebells, Integrated Stretch.

Alexa, Fit Fem Trainer
A lil’ about me: My name is Alexa Hines and I am a certified Personal Trainer. I love sports and activities such as running, lifting weights, hiking, snowboarding, and biking. My favorite thing to do is run in obstacle races and mud runs.
My fav dance move: I don't know how to dance :( but I'm a drummer, so I do have some rhythm.
My Fit Fem philosophy: My Fit Fem philosophy is simple. I believe that everyone can reach their fitness goals if they work hard. I will motivate you and coach you and be there for you every step of the way, but you have to want it! The harder you work, the closer you will get to reaching those goals, so keep moving and stay focused!
