Ahhhh, this is your first “Exercise of the Week” video for February. Holy crap January flew by, guess time flies when you rock it as a Fit Fem!
Anyhow, this is your exercise of the week. I call it The Strong Back…well, stiff leg deadlifts are an amazing exercise for your core, specifically your lower back. And yes you do feel a stretch in those hammys (hamstrings - back of the legs).

Happy monday Fit Fem’rs. I’m going to keep this post short and sweet. I’ve been working very hard on promoting my classes, specifically cardio kickboxing (my favorite work out of alllll timeeeee!!!!). I just wanted to share with you a commericial Kyle (my fiance and business partner) and I put together for you. Hopefully this excites you enough to get you to come to my class…and if you are not in the area, it’ll get you excited enough to just get off your tooshy and work out!!
