Back to School Workout Tips for Mommies

Hey my Fit Fem'rs! It's baaaaaaaaaaack! Three months of summer has flown by and now school is back in session! Now that you have to get the kids ready for school, pick them up from school and do everything else, you might not have as much time to get those workouts in. Well don't worry, The Fit Fem has got you covered! Follow these rules and you will be one smoking mama the whole school year.
Plan to exercise and stick to it: Mark it down on a calendar or put it in your smartphone. Write down the time and the place. When you plan a workout, you are more likely to do it.
Do fast and effective workouts: You don't have the time to spend hours exercising, so break a good sweat in 30 minutes. That's all you need!
Find an exercise you enjoy: As you all know, I am the kickboxing queen and I can do it all day! Find an exercise that you love and that burns a good amount of calories. When you enjoy doing certain workouts, you will look forward to doing them everyday.
Include the kiddies: After school take the kids to the park and walk or run around for an hour or so. Ride bikes together and play sports. Show your children that exercise is an important thing that they should incorporate into their everyday lives.
So ladies, even though school is back in session, your not going to stop taking care of your fabulous bodies! Whoop Whoop!
