Exercise of the Week - The Classic 21s

Today's Exercise of the Week is a classic. 21s!! 7 half bicep curls, 7 half bicep culs, 7 full bicep curls. Literally I fatigue everytime. The key is to carry a heavy enough weight to feel it. I did this exercise with a body bar but you can totally use free weights too.
