Exercise of the Week - Tricep Extension With A Resistance Band


Ahh its exercise of the week time!!!

I decided to give you a series of exercises over the next few weeks using a tool we haven't yet talked about in the "exercises of the week" blog posts - the resistance band. We use body bars and dumbells all the time. But I figured let's spice things up a bit!

Here it is - an awesome tricep exercise using the resistance band.
