Exercise of the Week - Walking Plank into a Pushup


Six pack, check! Strong back, check! Toned upper body, check! Want all 3? Then do this exercise of the week. This works on your entire core (abdominals and back) and you get to incorporate some upper body strengthening here to include your biceps, triceps, and chest.

Challenging, maybe...will it get you results, definately! So try it this week and tell me what you think.
