Fit Fem of the Month - August 2015
Did you know that I am a new mommy? Yes indeedy, I have an infant at home and now I really know what it is like to have ZERO time as a mama. Now I can relate to all those moms I have spoken to in the past telling me “I don’t have time to workout.” I’m not giving those mamas an easy pass but I am sensitive to their needs…because I too know exactly what it is like to forget to brush your teeth, skip a meal, and maybe not even shower because baby is crying…baby comes first after-all!
Like I said, there is no easy pass for not exercising and moving your body. Exercise makes you a stronger women physically, mentally, and emotionally. It makes you a better woman, spouse, professional, friend and of course mama!!
And so this mama is no exception. She chose the Fit Fem to become better. I am soooo pleased to announce the August Fit Fem if the month, Nadira! Before I let her trainer speak on her behalf, let’s celebrate Toupelle for being an amazing female personal trainer, shall we? Check out Toupelle’s bio and let us know if you’d like to work with her.
Here is what Toupelle had to say about her client, Nadira!
Nadira is a full-time mother, wife, and working woman on the go. With all the roles she takes on, she realized she forgot one other important role; fitness enthusiast! In order to get back on track in the fitness world, Nadira teamed up with me as her, Fit Fem Trainer!
Since becoming a member of the Fit Fem family, Nadira has made a complete 180! Nadira's initial goals were to make better nutritional choices and to become more active. Since training with me, Nadira has become more active with her children, participates in outdoor activities such as rafting, and has improved her eating habits.
It doesn't end there...Nadira says her children have noticed a difference in her waist size when they hug her and her suits are fitting looser. I am proud to say that Nadira has lost a total of approximately 8.5 inches overall throughout different parts of her body.
Congratulations Nadira on being this month’s Fit Fem! You earned it...
How amazing is that? Imagine having your child hug you and tell you how proud they are of you? For every mama, that feeling is just pure JOY.
