Honeymoon Hottie Workout


Hey my fabulous Fit Fem'rs, I did it! Yes I walked down the aisle and married my honey bunny yesterday (I would have loved to do lunges down the aisle, but that would be a little weird, I'm just sayin'). Now that I am a wife, my life will change, but I will always put my health and fitness first! I am basking in the sun on my honeymoon, but you better believe I am still getting my fitness on (All the new brides better do the same)! There are exercises that you can do on vacation or in your hotel room (Get your minds out the gutter!)!  So my loves, I present to you, The Honeymoon Hottie Workout! Lets get those legs, arms and that core in tip top shape!

The Honeymoon Hottie Workout-

-All you need are eight pound weights

50 Second Skaters


 

Walk Out Plank Into Pushup - 12 reps


 

Reverse Lunge Into Shoulder Press - 12 reps each side


50 Second Plank Jacks


 

Lateral Squat w/Alternating Front Raise - 12 reps each side


 

Curtsy Squat w/Hip Abduction - 12 reps each side


50 Second High Knees


 

Sit Up Into Twist - 12 reps


 

Plank Leg Circles - 12 reps each side
