Alright Fit Fem'rs, it's time to give your brain a lil kick in the toosh. I figured  since summer is around the corner and it's been a while I recorded a video for you, today's vlog is about getting your hopes rather than brining yourself down. With the warm weather, we tend to put ourselves down because we haven't reached our weight and fitness goals.  Well watch the video to get a bit inspired.
