What's up Fit Femrs? How is your Tuesday?
Despite the yucky weather we've been having (yucky? I actually mean super scary - scary enough I've been waking up in the middle of the night startled by those loud "fart" noises the earth is making, ya know, thunder?), we still have to be summer ready right?
Remember last week's video? If you didn't get the chance to watch or if you had forgotten the message behind last week's video, we discussed How Not To Get The Summer Blues, please take a moment to do so.
Ahh the summer blues, we all have them. When you take your bathing suits, umm bikinis, from last year and you put them up against yourself and say "I can't freakin' fit into this man because I've got rolls everywhere". Or how about when the summer fashion is in all the magazines and displayed in store windows and you're like "uh nooo that won't flatter me, my butt's too big". Then you get all sad and you give up on yourself, and you are finding yourself spriraling quickly into the deep deep deep pit of ice cream, burgers, nachos, margaritas, beer, and utter laziness. You're not motivated anymore, what do you do? Well first thing's first ! Watch last week's video where I basically told you to write down your weight loss and fitness goals. Easy, yah?
