Wassssup Fit Fem'rs!! I wrote a blog post a few posts back about music playlists and how the right kind of music can motivate you to really push during you workout session. In case you missed it, you can read the post here. Well, I have another post to share with you. Only this time you get music based on all kinds of workouts! You can thank Brooke for that! Hey Fit Fem'rs! Making music lists is a great way to get pumped and motivated to work out. Whenever I download a new song, I can't wait to hit the gym and move my body to it! I love variety,  so I have a list for all different kinds of workouts. Hope you enjoy!
 
 

5K Summer Run (30mins):
