Size Does Matter
My Fit Fem'rs, did you know that size matters? Portion sizes that is! Along with exercising, you have to be conscious about the portion sizes of foods that you put in your body. Even eating too much of "healthy foods" can deter your weight loss efforts. Moderation is key, so start measuring! What you think may be a cup of rice might really end up being three cups! So your assignment for today is to get yourself these little devices!
