The Body Bar Burn Fat Workout Circuit 1

Got a body bar around the house? Or maybe you use the body bar at the gym. Body bars are a great way to add resistance to any workout. It's just another tool to use, in addition to dumbbells. I call this particular total body routine The Body Bar Burn Fat Workout. I made sure I hit every single major muscle group in your body that'll tone you up and help you in your weight loss. Remember, it's not enough to just do cardio, you need that resistance baby to burn fat!
Here's goes! 4 different circuits each repeated 3x with 15 reps each exercise. For now, here is the 1st circuit! Stay tuned next week where I will offer your circuit 2.
CIRCUIT 1
Squat with an overhead shoulder press
Single armed back row. Repeat on other side
Single lateral bend. Repeat on other side
