This week's guiltless pleasure is…..cottage cheese…..Yuuuuum!
Cottage cheese is a good source of protein, it is low in carbs (not bad if you are trying to lose weight) and you can eat it with many things! Eat it with fruits, use it as a dip for your veggies or put it on top of a baked potato. Your options are endless! Whoop Whoop!
