Turn Those Haters Into Motivators

We all have them. Those people in our lives who always have something negative to say about what we do and who we are. Well, in our fitness journey we have them too--weight loss haters.
Yes, weight loss haters! They are the people in your life who see that you are getting thinner or more fit and will try to bring you down and make you feel as if you have not accomplished anything.
So instead of them getting what they want (you feeling bad about yourself) use their negative criticisms (intentional hating) to your advantage. Do what will get them upset-- succeed!.jpg)
In life, we will always come across people who do not want the best for us and who are envious. Do not let that get you down my Fit Fem'rs! Whether it be in weight loss or life in general, when someone has something slick to say just smile and keep stepping.
Think of them when you exercise (Ummmmmmm Fit Fem Kickboxing class anyone? You can always pretend to kick em!) and reach those goals. Let nothing or no one hold you back!
