Vintage Equipment Part 2

Are you ready for Part II?
A couple of days ago I took you down memory lane and today I am going to give ya some more! Whoop Whoop! See if you can remember these "vintage" fitness items......and well, trainers!!!!!!!
Ricard Simmons- Well he is not piece of equipment, but he was definitely a fitness icon who sold millions of workout videos! You know you remember that curly hair, those teeny weeny shorts and that piercing scream! What I find most admirable about him, is that he put "real" women in his workout videos. Not the slim, trim models on magazine covers!
The Gazelle- Who remembers this????? I do I do! This machine promoted weight loss, cardio function improvement and the development of muscle tone. And when you worked out on it, it made you look like…well as gazelle! And who can forget the creator Tony Little with that long, blonde ponytail and those tight biker shorts! Woooooooow!

Chuck Norris' Total Gym- Now ladies, did your guys have this???? I mean who would not want to look like one of the sexy stars of "Way of the Dragon" (hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!)? With this one piece of equipment, one can tone their legs, chest, arms…everything! I would rather have Chuck Norris train me himself…..I'm just saying!

Wrist Weights- Yes all the serious walkers had them. You would always see women power walking with one of these in neon colors adorned on their wrists....and ankles!

Hope you enjoyed your second trip down your fitness memory lane. And I wouldn't be me if I did not give you another treat. Enjoy this 90s dance hit that you know you loved (you would never admit it now) and can workout to…well while laughing! Whoop Whoop!
Keeping the fun in fitness!
Your fit fem personal trainer and expert in women's only fitness,
Syl
