Wedding Dress Ready Workout


I'm goooooing to the chapel and I'm gonna get maaaaaaaaaarried! Yes, on Sunday I am marrying my hunny bunny and I am not the only one walking down the aisle! It's officially wedding season, so I have something special for all of my fellow brides: The Wedding Dress Ready Workout! 

Let's get those arms and stomach in tip top shape to look absolutely stunning in that gorgeous white gown!

Wedding Accessories:
8 + pound dumbbells

Duties of the Bride:

50 second Mountain Climbers


 

V-flys - 12 reps 


 

Modified Pushups - 12 reps

50 second quick punches


Alternating Back Row Plank - 12 reps


 

Back Fly into Tricep Kick Back - 12 reps


50 sec Spider Plank


Side Plank Knee Lift - 12 reps each side


 

Plank Oblique Twist  - 12 reps each side



Repeat 3x
