Why Your Past Summers Have Been Six Packless by Jonnie

So you read my last article, and you're saying OK Jonnie, obviously I have to do those things!!! Blah blah blah! I've been doing them for a long time and I am still nowhere near having a flat stomach!!!
 
Well it's time for some tough love! There are a few reasons why you are not ready for a Six Pack Summer...
 
You are lying to yourself - Don't say you are working as hard as you can at the gym, meanwhile you are barely breaking a sweat and you can talk normally throughout your entire workout!!!! Get your butt to a kickboxing class, get a real cardio workout and get a personal trainer! You'll start to see some real results!
You're not working out hard enough-After the gym you are saying "Well I worked out so I can have just one Snickers Bar or one slice of pizza." Although I  have  never been an advocate to cut something completely out of your diet, that "one piece of pizza" adds up after a while!!!!!
You are inconsistent-One day you work out as hard as you can, you're squatting, running, doing pushups, and then the next day you sit on the couch all day! Well I've got some bad news for you... Consistency is key! Work out 4 to 6 days a week and eat healthy every single day, not just a few days a week!!!
You have not been working at it long enough- Do not expect to eat well, attend two kickboxing classes and see results!!! It takes a loooooottttt of hard work and time.
