Yummy Delicious Juice - Grapefruit, Celery, Carrot, and Ginger


Remember when I posted a video about the one tip for the new year? Well as promised I have an awesome green juice recipe for you. Check out the video posted below, and please thank Ciara Marino for this awesome info....and for letting me use her house and kitchen. We made a mess but it was all worth it.

 

 

This is your recipe:

(1 Serving)

 

 
-2 grapefruit (skins removed and cut into smaller pieces)
-5 medium carrots (outside scrubbed well to remove dirt)
-3 Celery stalks
-1 inch of ginger (skin removed)
 
Put through juicer!
 
And there ya have it!!
