Ahhh the power of media! Helps me spread my mission: To transform the entire female population into skinny, toned and sexy Fit Femrs.
And I did just that when I was joined by Verizon - FiOS1 Long Island Saturday Morning Show Anchor Wendy Gillete and Meteorologist Jeff Desnoyers for ‘Get Fit Tips’. Hmm not sure how this latest experience transpired but sure glad it did. You know what they say, “You take every opportunity given you in this world, even if you have too many opportunities. One day, the opportunities stop, you know.” So I just had to….ya know, kick their booties on air!

Welcome to WORKOUT WEDNESDAY!! WHOOP!
Decided to change things up a bit. Most of my workouts are usually intense with plyometrics and strength training moves. I wanted to take it back to the old days. So I slowed things down quite a bit. This is a total body toning workout so make sure you get your warmup, cardio in and end with a cool down and stretch. In light of the warmer weather and we are now in a new month, I felt it was appropriate to title this workout the Spring Fling Workout. It takes about 15 minutes to do. Again, no excuses Fit Fem’r!!

Sylvia Nasser is a certified Long Island personal trainer at many gyms on Long Island, NY, but her services don’t stop there. She is also an in home personal trainer that is willing to bring the gym to you.
