KEEP THE FORK- Easter, Church, & Fitness

Hello Fit Fem’r!! Hope your weekend and holiday week were fabulous. Happy Passover and Happy Easter to you all!

I celebrate Easter, not in a “eat that chocolate bunny full of empty calories” sort of way (well I’d be lying if I said I didn’t have my sweets), but in a very spiritual way. Like every good Christian, I went to church with my husband and parents. Easter truly is my favorite holiday, even more than Christmas. Can ya believe it? I don’t normally talk about my faith and beliefs but I just want to share with you why I believe Easter is the best holiday.

How to Set Your Fitness Goals

Hellooo Fit Fem’rs! The New Year is only days away and I can guarantee you that I know what some of your resolutions are. Could they be to get more fit, to exercise more or to lose an X amount of weight? I’m sure you thought about it all year long and are waiting to for that day to finally set your New Year’s Resolution. And Fit Fem’rs, I’m sure this is a repeat of last year - you set the goals and then 2 weeks later, ya flop!! I’m not going to yell at your today (although you probably deserve it considering you are making the same fitness resolutions these last few years).
