So I had a pretty cool week; I learned the power of saying YES even though you want to say NO when you really, really want to say YES. Confusing? Let me explain.

Life is always going to throw something challenging your way. And sometimes, you throw something in your own way. I mean there’s probably some nagging goal that you’ve had but have been too afraid to tackle. Or you watch others as they flawlessly do something you’ve always wanted to do, but you’re just not as “flawless” as they are. It happens all the time, even to the best of us.

I Totally Get Why You Want To Quit

Hey Fit Fem’rs, I’ll be quite honest. I didn’t get the chance to post a new vlog for you. But I figured this would be a great opportunity to talk about a lesson I recently learned - a lesson that I preach quite often to my clients and to all of you. I literally had to practice what I preached.

Here goes the story. I recently found YOGA. Ya! I found it because well I don’t do yoga, like ever. I’m the kind of girl who likes to hop around like a bunny or do a massive amount of pushups. I’m not the kind of girl who can actually sit still nor the girl who runs marathons. I need to constantly be stimulated which is why I gravitate towards group fitness so much. Something about the energy and the music and the different exercises. It’s what I like.
