This week I met a woman in the park who roller blades to keep fit. I asked her if she could give women one piece of advice and she said to workout everyday even if you’re tired or if it is low impact. I must say that I totally agree!

I met Diana, an awesome woman who spoke to me about changing her fitness lifestyle habits and how she got motivated to do so. She said that her brother, who decided to lose weight and get healthy after spending years in a sedentary job, inspired her to change. Diana said that she now exercises consistently and makes healthy food choices.
