6 Week ChoreoKick Body Transformation Camp

6 week ChoreoKick Transformation Camp begins April 6th and runs until May 15th. Camp includes 3 weekly In-Studio classes, online workouts and a Nutrition program!

ChoreoKick ™ Mondays (7:45-8:45 PM EST) - This is a high energy 60 minute cardio kickboxing class. Class is stacked kickboxing moves choreographed to beat of fun Top 40 music. You'll be sweating, strengthening, & jabbing and kicking your way to awesome shape!

ChoreoTone Wednesdays (8:00-8:45 PM EST) - This is a total body, non stop, 45 minute cardio body weight toning class. Why 45 min? Trust me, you will not need anly longer than that because it is so effective. Class is stacked toning moves choreographed to beat of the music. Expect to work muscles you never thought you had! You will need a MAT for this class.

Full Body Fat Blast Thursdays (8:00-8:45 PM EST) - This is a calorie torching, full body, 45 minute cardio and strength interval class. You get your biggest bang for your buck! Class utilizes HIIT, a high intensity interval training method that has you building muscle and burning fat the entire class.  You will need a MAT & set of dumbbells for this class.

about Syl, the fit fem

Based in Long Island, New York, Sylvia Nasser is the CEO and Co-President of The Fit Fem Studio, LLC. She offers in-home personal training services to local residents in NY and CT.

Sylvia is also a certified Personal Trainer & Group Fitness Instructor through AFAA, and a Holistic Health Coach, accredited through Purchase College, at the State University of New York, as well as The American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP).
