My name is Sylvia Nasser, but you can call me Syl, I am the founder of The Fit Fem. My goal is to enable women to feel and look incredibly amazing. It’s that simple! I provide coaching, training and nutrition that is customized to your lifestyle. Fitness has always been a passion of mine and I wish to share that passion with you. I know first and foremost how important health and fitness are. I mean I was once was a fat chick! No joke! I took my physical fitness and nutrition habits into my own hands. That’s when I decided to be a part of the greatest industry in the world.

As a personal trainer, I get approached by so many women looking to lose weight. They ask me questions like:

I offer both 1 hour and 30 min sessions. Measurements and nutritional assessments are included. All packages MUST be purchased UP FRONT and PAID IN FULL.

1 One Hour Session - $90.00 ( 1 hr @ $90.00 per session)

4 One Hour Sessions - $340.00 ( 1 hr @ $85.00 per session)

8 One Hour Sessions - $640.00 ( 1 hr @ $80.00 per session)
8 Thirty Minute Sessions - $320.00 ( 30 min @ $40.00 per session)

12 One Hour Sessions - $900.00 ( 1 hr @ $75.00 per session)
12 Thirty Minute Sessions - $450.00 ( 30 min @ $37.50 per session)

25 One Hour Sessions - $1,750.00 ( 1 hr @ $70.00 per session)
25 Thirty Minute Sessions - $875.00 ( 30 min @ $35.00 per session)

50 One Hour Sessions - $3,250.00 ( 1 hr @ $65.00 per session)

Sylvia Nasser is a certified Long Island personal trainer at many gyms on Long Island, NY, but her services don’t stop there. She is also an in home personal trainer that is willing to bring the gym to you. She has helped many women with weight loss after pregnancy, weight loss before a wedding or just weight loss in general, through proper nutrition and fitness.

Sylvia is also a certified Holistic Health Coach, accredited through Purchase College, at the State University of New York, as well as The American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP) and can be found on the internet by searching for personal trainer long island.
